11月23日からの個展 No Reason 「File 04 : 星止」が、あと３ヶ月ほどと迫ってきました。この個展は、それまでのFile 01 から File 03 までとは、異なるメッセージを持ったシリーズです。
File 01 から File 03 までは「死例」というシリーズでしたが、File 04 は、「星止」というシリーズになります。
実は、この「File 04 : 星止」は、15ヶ月前に発行した電子書籍に、Preview 版として存在することをご存知の方は少ないかもしれません。
もちろん、11月の個展でも、このメッセージは変わりません。
File 04 : 星止 メッセージ
10 万年以上ものあいだ、人はたやすく星を見ることができた。 かつて、人は神々を崇め、神話をつくり、星々に託した。 人が死してもなお星は残ることを知って。
あなたには、星が見えるだろうか。 喜び、憎しみ、悲しみ、裏切り、嫉妬、 暴力、支配、偽り、殺し、愛。 太古よりなんら変わらぬ人と同じ感情を有した神話の神々たち。
ここ百年ほどの間に、人は夜空に灯りをともし、空を濁した。
現在、日本では年間3万人を超える人たちが自殺している。 一方、無差別大量殺人が後を絶たない。
光は光を隠す。 闇が光を露わにする。 その真実は変わらない。
ある哲学者が言った。 「神は死んだのだ」と。
星々はいまもなお輝いている。あなたの頭上にいつも。
夜空の、そして昼の青空の向こうで。
あなたが星を見たとき、そのとき星は止まり、
必ずやなにかを伝えるだろう。
Message of 星止 -Stars Stop
People could look at the stars very easily over 100 thousand years.
In the past, they respect the gods, created the myths, and they entrusted them to the stars as the constellations.
Because they knew the stars still shine, even if people died.
Now, can you look at the stars? Delight, hate, sadness, betrayal, jealousy, violence, control, lie, murder and love the Gods in the myths have completely same emotions that we have in the comtenporaly society.
In the past century, people lit up the dark night and polluted the sky. Nowadays in Japan, over 30,000 people suicide every year. And indiscriminate mass murders take place again and again.
The light disappears in the light, The light appears in the darkness.
These truths never change.
And a philosopher said “God is dead.”
The Stars still are shining above your heads, not only in the night but also in the day.
When you look at the stars,
they will stop and always tell us something.
